Well, Love Island USA fans, your summer Monday fix is back — if only for one night.

Just weeks after Amaya Espinal (better known as Amaya Papaya) and Bryan Arenales won the hearts of America and were crowned the winners of the beloved reality TV show's seventh season, the Islanders reunited in New York City for the season's long-awaited reunion. Filmed in early August and hosted by Ariana Madix and Andy Cohen, the special will stream on Monday, August 25, at 9 p.m. ET on Peacock.

Despite speculation she might skip it, Islander Huda Mustafa did attend (though, in case you're wondering, disgraced Miami native Yulissa Escobar was a no-show).

From a rooftop pool party with discounted drinks to a show-inspired steakhouse menu (our dream date...cute!), here are the places rekindling Love Island Mania just in time for the reunion:

Grails

An RSVP gets you a free piña colada at this Wynwood sports bar. The event promises "tropical vibes and a fan-filled atmosphere that makes you feel like you’re in the villa" as it streams the reunion on its indoor and outdoor TVs. 9 p.m. Monday, at Grails, 2800 N. FunDimension

STK Aventura

The modern steakhouse is hosting a watch party with a Love Island-inspired menu that includes dishes like "Amaya's Truffle Pasta" and "Coupled-Up Sliders," as well as drinks like the "Casa Amor-ita" and "Text Me 'Tini." 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. Monday at STK Aventura, 19505 Biscayne Blvd., Aventura; 786-347-5299; stksteakhouse.com.

Vista Rooftop Bar & Lounge

For a villa-style vibe, this rooftop bar at the Novotel in Brickell is hosting a poolside watch party for the reunion. The bar is offering 20 percent off food and drinks, as well as giveaways and a prize for the best "Love Island-inspired look."
