Bikini basketball. You thought it was a dream, didn't you? A sexy dream you had months ago that would never come true.

Well, we're here to tell you to think again. The Miami Spice is a real team of hard-hitting, superhot basketball babes, and they're kicking off the 2013 season this summer.

We have the full schedule after the jump.

As you can see, you'll have plenty of opportunities to see our hometown gals in action. The Spice kicks off its season in Illinois June 22, but the ladies are headed home just a couple of weeks later, squaring off against the Houston Inferno July 6.

It's a short season for Bikini Basketball's first year; the Spice will play just eight games, four of which will be at home. But shit, it's still hoops and hotties, so count your blessings.

Keep Miami New Times Free... Since we started Miami New Times, it has been defined as the free, independent voice of Miami, and we would like to keep it that way. Offering our readers free access to incisive coverage of local news, food and culture. Producing stories on everything from political scandals to the hottest new bands, with gutsy reporting, stylish writing, and staffers who've won everything from the Society of Professional Journalists' Sigma Delta Chi feature-writing award to the Casey Medal for Meritorious Journalism. But with local journalism's existence under siege and advertising revenue setbacks having a larger impact, it is important now more than ever for us to rally support behind funding our local journalism.
