Twenty-one days after announcing her forthcoming book, 107 Days, former Vice President Kamala Harris announced today that she'll head out on a book tour in support of the project. The 15-date jaunt will take her across the U.S. (and one night in London), closing with an appearance at the Arsht Center's Ziff Ballet Opera House on Thursday, November 20.

In a tweet announcing the book last month, Harris said 107 Days traces "the shortest presidential campaign in modern history," a process she described as "intense, high stakes, and deeply personal for me and for so many of you."
Harris describes the book, out September 23, as "a behind-the-scenes account" of that brief but consequential campaign. "Since leaving office, I've spent a lot of time reflecting on those days — talking with my team, my family, my friends, and pulling my thoughts together," she told followers in a video accompanying the book announcement. "In essence, writing a journal that is this book."

Tickets to Harris' Miami tour date, which is presented in partnership with AEG Presents and Books & Books, go on sale Friday, August 22, but Arsht Center members can access tickets starting today. Admission includes a copy of 107 Days. The Arsht says "limited" meet-and-greet packages are available. These include a preshow photo opportunity with the former vice president, an autographed copy of the book, a collectible laminate and lanyard, VIP entrance, and onsite concierge and event staff. Ticket buyers must select an add-on at purchase to access the meet-and-greet package.

A Conversation With Kamala Harris. 8 p.m. Thursday, November 20, at the Arsht Center, 1300 Biscayne Blvd., Miami; 305-949-6722. Tickets cost $72.66 to $472.91 via arshtcenter.org.
