At 1500 Degrees in Miami Beach, TV toque Paula DaSilva is preparing a four-course meal for $95 per person. It starts with a choice of tuna crudo with togarishi vinaigrette or garden green salad, moves on to either Hawaiian mero or olive oil-poached salmon, slow-cooked short ribs with huckleberry sauce or beef tenderloin with cabernet sauce, and a tasting platter of desserts and ice cream.
