If your late-night TV ritual is getting old, it’s time you tuned into The New Century. Fresh from a run at New York’s Lincoln Center, the Paul Rudnick production recently had its Southeastern premiere at GableStage. This story of a Long Island Jewish mother of three gay children; an accomplished Midwestern craftswoman; and a flamboyant Palm Beach TV host is full of unexpected and comic circumstances that offer a new view on coming societal changes. The amusing comedy begins at 2 and 7 p.m., is hardly politically correct, and, yes, includes some nudity, so your late-night entertainment appetite will be satisfied. The show runs through July 19.
Sundays, 2 & 7 p.m. Starts: July 5. Continues through July 19, 2009
