Maybe you’ve heard of Mozza Pizzeria in L.A. It’s helmed by Matt Molina who just so happens to be a James Beard award-winning chef. Well, he’ll be at Harry’s Pizzeria for the final pop-up of the year tomorrow. On the menu? Crispy pig trotter’s with mustard, pizzette with white anchovy, tomato and red fresno chilies, mozza caprese, orechiette with fennel sausage and Swiss chard, and rib eye bistecca al forno with aceto balsamico, and butterscotch budino with Maldon sea salt and rosemary pine nut biscotti. Tickets are $150 and dinner starts at 7 p.m.
