Bacon and beer go great together. Miami Smokers and Funky Buddha agree, which is why they’ve joined forces to bring back When Pigs Fly-ght Night for the second year. Head over to World of Beer tomorrow where the local brewery will be serving up four beers to pair with Miami Smokers goods. Think urban trail mix, bacon wrapped plantains, Italian sausage crostinis, and candied bacon. As for the brew list? Well, they’ll have On Top Blonde, No Crusts (peanut butter-n-jelly brown ale), Nikolai Vorlauf Russian imperial stout, and Nitro Neapolitan Porter on deck. Priced at just $25, we can’t really think of a better way to spend a Tuesday.
