“Lights Out Miami” isn’t the story of FPL incompetence, it’s a night in October when more than 100 local restaurants will literally turn out the lights and serve a multicourse, wine-paired dinner in the dark. If you don’t feel like waiting until then or for a hurricane to trash the power grid, you can get a taste of sightless dining at Miami’s City Hall Restaurant , where on Wednesday beginning at 7 p.m. they’ll be dishing up a three-course to blindfolded customers, who can win a prize if they guess what it is they’re eating. The dinner will benefit Ability Explosion, which helps people with disabilities. The price is all inclusive: meal, sleep mask, and gratuity.
