A new cocktail menu thought up by the Regent virtuoso Julio Cabrera and priced at $8 a pop is the main draw of the seven-days-a-week extended happy hour from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Perhaps order up an El Diablo, a mixture of anejo tequila, fresh lime, and spicy agave nectar. Don’t like that? There are seven other handcrafted libations to pick from. Pair them with any of the new eight appetizers, like the tuna tartare or gnocchi and pomodoro.
