Hey there, daddy-o. The groovy Michael Chabon will give Miamians a taste of the West Coast at an appearance to support his latest hiptastic book, Telegraph Avenue, this Monday at Books & Books (265 Aragon Ave., Coral Gables).
The Pulitzer Prize-winning author’s seventh novel joins a list of literary successes, beginning with his 1988 debut, The Mysteries of Pittsburgh. Chabon’s latest book digs deep into the core of devotees of vinyl soul, funk, and jazz in turn-of-the-21st-century Northern California. So dig it.
