At the newly Michael Psilakis-less Eos at Brickell’s swanky Viceroy Miami, a buffet-like brunch is being offered from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Among the dishes for your brunching pleasure: salads of tropical fruit, baby greens, and roasted beets; and sections dishing up poached salmon, omelets, seafood, eggs Benedict, and chocolate. Unlimited mimosas too, just to make sure you take a good, long nap once you get home.
