Inside, Edge Steak & Bar executive chef Aaron Brooks will be cooking up an Aussie Cubano with carnitas, aged cheddar, Bread and Butter pickled beets, and beer mustard. That’s in addition to Benton ham and cheddar croquetas with Alabama white sauce and Edge crispy fried tostones. It’s all part of Four Seasons Food Truck East Coast taste tour, which concludes in Miami with a five-day visit. Catch it while you can.
