Dissatisfied with your humdrum, run-of-the-mill youth soccer experience? If so, the Adidas Miami Super Cup 2010 is here to kick highly competitive football right in your face. Forget those weekend kiddie soccer leagues with juice boxes and orange goal cones, because this youth soccer tournament is four days of intense, dynamic competition featuring more than 400 boys’ and girls’ teams. It’s easily one of the largest and most competitive youth soccer tournaments in the nation. In fact, the Miami Super Cup is so awesome it can barely contain itself — which is why it has to be spread among six venues in Miami, including Evelyn Greer Park, Pinecrest Gardens (11000 Red Rd., Pinecrest), Kendall Soccer Park (8011 SW 127th Ave., Miami), Tamiami Park (11201 Coral Way, Miami ), Three Lakes Park (13375 SW 136th St., Miami), and Tropical Park (7900 Bird Rd., Miami). As the tournament’s slogan says, it’s about competing with the best to be the best. The tournament will kick off this Friday and last through Labor Day.
