Actor Mark Wahlberg just dropped $37 million on a luxurious, fully-furnished estate dubbed “Palazzo di Lago” along South Florida’s “Billionaires’ Row,” in Delray Beach.

“Inspired by the tranquil glamour of Lake Como and infused with the seductive allure of Bond’s Casino Royale, this Italian masterpiece is an ode to elegance, privacy, and security,” the property description reads. “Nestled behind the gates of Stone Creek Ranch in Delray Beach, Palazzo di Lago embodies the perfect fusion of European elegance and Palm Beach sophistication.”

The property at 9200 Rockybrook Way, inside the exclusive gated community of Stone Creek Ranch, spans 17,800 square feet and features seven bedrooms, ten bathrooms, two half-bathrooms, a wine room, theater, cigar lounge, gym, sauna, guest house, tennis court, saltwater lagoon pool, catering kitchen, and massage room. Wahlberg will also have access to a large “car gallery.”

Aldo Stark of Prestige Design Homes renovated the property after purchasing it earlier this year. He listed the mansion for $45 million with agent Senada Adžem of Douglas Elliman. Stark is the same developer behind the $55 million, James Bond-inspired “Villa Spectre” estate, which sold for $55 million, and the Ferrari-inspired mansion dubbed “Casa Maranello,” which sold for $50.5 million in February.

“Palazzo di Lago is not merely a home – it is a destination,” the listing reads. “A celebration of world-class design, cinematic romance, and elevated living. It is where European glamour meets Florida’s radiant splendor in a seamless, sophisticated expression of legacy, luxury, and lifestyle.”

Wahlberg joins a list of celebrities who have recently purchased new properties in South Florida.

Earlier this month, Grammy-winning singer-songwriter the Weeknd purchased a waterfront mansion in the exclusive Gables Estates community in Coral Gables. Barstool Sports founder Dave Portnoy bought a waterfront estate in Islamorada for $27.75 million, breaking the record for the priciest real estate sale in the area. British pop icon Robbie Williams may also soon be calling Miami home after purchasing a waterfront Coral Gables home from former housewives of Miami cast member Dr. Nicole Martin and her fiancé, attorney Anthony Lopez, for $40 million.

New Times is patiently waiting for the next celebrity to snatch up a mansion in South Florida. It won’t be long.
