Craving café con sabor? That’s exactly what Kaña Cuban Coffee Roasters will offer when it launches its new chain of coffee cafés with its first location in downtown Miami.
Occupying a prime spot at the corner of Flagler Street and Miami Avenue, Kaña will offer more than ten varieties of coffee, along with Cuban sandwiches and pastries. Though the coffee beans come from all over the world, they will be roasted and brewed in the traditional Cuban style, promising a “deep, dark roast without any bitterness or burnt aftertaste.”
It’ll be tough to compete with coffee giants such as Starbucks, but judging by the look and size of the flagship store, it seems to be aiming high. Striving for the look and feel of a real Cuban café, Kaña will transport patrons to the streets of Havana, which in our book definitely beats rainy Seattle.
