The Visionary Tattoo Expo & Art Gathering went down this weekend at the Doubletree Miami Mart, and Boggs Industries submitted this photo to our Miami New Times Flickr pool. It takes a person of a certain amount of testicular fortitude to get about 80 percent of his body tattooed, and then display it to the world.
