Radar Online reports that the Bravo network, home to the Real Housewives franchises including The Real Housewives of Miami, paid for one of its cast members to get a nose job.
We imagine Mama Elsa’s all, “Oh, now you tell me.”

According to Radar’s source, Kim Richards of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills didn’t pay for the nose job she received in a recent episode — Bravo did. On the show, Richards is shown surprising the other cast members with news of her surgery.
“Bravo paid the doctor for her to get the nose job, so how can that be a ‘surprise?'” the source snarks.
The news has us wondering: Have any of Miami’s housewives gotten a little gratis nip/tuck from the network? Lisa Hochstein has already admitted to getting her upgrades for free — from her husband, “boob god” plastic surgeon Lenny Hochstein.
“Is nothing sacred on reality TV?” the Radar story laments.
Uh, no. Nothing is sacred on reality TV. Isn’t that the whole point?
