Buy Shakira’s Miami Mansion for $12.9 Million

These hips real estate listings don’t lie.

Wanna buy the 8,355-square-foot, six-bedroom, nine-bath home that Colombian pop superstar Shakira Isabel Mebarak Ripoll has owned since 2001?

Well, the Colombian pop superstar’s luxurious Miami Beach mansion will only cost you about $12.9 million. And that’s down from her 2013 asking price of $14.95 million.

Sadly, though, Shakira lounging seductively on a king bed in the master bedroom is not included.

Located at 3140 N. Bay Road and facing Biscayne Bay, this two-story celeb residence boasts a professional kitchen, gym, nursery, and guest quarters, as well as a dock that’s just perfect for a pleasure yacht named Fijación Nautical.

According to property records, Shakira bought her Miami Beach bachelorette pad twelve years ago. She paid $3.38 million.

But now she’s in a committed relationship with Spanish pro soccer player Gerard Piqué. And she’s got a two-year-old son, Milan Piqué Mebarak, with a second kid on the way.

So Shakira’s looking to cash out. And score a $9 mil profit.

These days, Ms. “Waka Waka” actually lives in Barcelona with Piqué.

However, when she did make her home at 3140 N. Bay Road, the neighbors included Major League Baseball star and performance-enhanced beefcake Alex Rodriguez, as well as her fellow Latin pop superstar Rick Martin and Hollywood A-lister Matt Damon.

In 2013, A-Rod unloaded his place for $30 million, while Ricky and Matt have also sold their homes for $10,600,000 and $18,999,000.

So… ¿Quiere comprar? The mortgage payments will only be, like, 80 grand a month.
