The Comras Company has just inked a deal which will bring Cibo Wine Bar to South Beach.
The completed lease calls for the restaurant to occupy 11,963 square feet of space in a newly constructed freestanding building situated at the entrance of the luxury Continuum condominiums in SoFi. Back in May, a penthouse at the Continuum was sold for $25 million — making it the most expensive Miami condo.
Cibo Wine Bar, scheduled to open fall of 2013, is the third venue created by Liberty Entertainment Group. The Toronto-based corporation owns the first Cibo Wine Bar, as well as the Coral Gables Athletic Club/Liberty Cafe, and Coral Gables Country Club. The company also owns 11 establishments in Toronto.
