98. Pizza Genovese at Spris

Tourists and locals alike traverse the hustle of Lincoln Road for Spris‘ 30 different kinds of wood-oven baked pizza. The Pizza Genovese arrives slightly charred on the very ends, the mozzerella bubbling. Though more intricate pies are offered, the simple yet satisfying blend of salty black kalamata olives combining with sweet basil create a delicious mouthful.

Better still is the price during Spris’ version of happy hour, “Beat the Clock”, where from 5:30 to 7 p.m. your price for the Pizza Genovese is the same as the time you order.
