weekend is here and with it come many food truck roundups, including
the monthly Second Saturday Wynwood Art Walk roundup, where you can get
your art on then enjoy some street food. Highlights of this roundup
include people watching and a cash bar.
And you knew you weren’t
getting away from the tenth anniversary of 9/11 without a bunch of
memorials. There are three planned that involve food
trucks. We want to know if you plan on attending one of the 9/11 tributes, and if so (or not), why? Here’s a listing of roundups for the weekend:

Food trucks are donation a portion of their proceeds to a 9/11 charity. Trucks include B.C. 9/11 Tributes sponsored by New Testament Baptist Church at two locations — one in Dade, one in Broward. Food Trucks, patriot day celebration, wall of heroes, free T-shirts, “fun activities for the kids”. Starts at (ugh) 9:11 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
A portion of food truck proceeds will be donated to the church’s 9/11 FACE fund. In addition, the first 300 first responders and military at both locations will receive a BoGo coupon, redeemable at any of the food trucks.
