The buzz is mounting for The Bazaar by Chef Jose Andres‘ Miami Beach opening in two weeks — with much of that buzz being created by the uber-talented chef himself.

Chef Andres is in Miami Beach, tweeting from the

kitchen of his new The Bazaar by Jose Andres, taunting us with photos and descriptions of his dishes. About 7

p.m. last evening, Andres tweeted that he was looking to hire a local Miami food truck:

“I need to rent a cool food truck tonite for a small employee party In miami beach!Anyone knows a good one for hire?” [sic]

What resulted was a host of food trucks answering the call, with Richard Hales’ Sakaya Kitchen food truck catering the last minute party for about 50 hotel and restaurant staff.

Paulina’s Pops were also served, with Andres trying all the flavors including Lychee-Tequila,

Blood Orange-Mezcal,
