The South Beach Wine and Food Festival’s premiere events have a lot in common with a White House State Dinner — both are nearly impossible for us average schmucks to get into and both don’t release their menus before the event.

Take Burger Bash, for instance. On the event page you’ll see a listing of participating restaurants, but no info on what burger they’ll be serving.  This is all well and good for the average person, but what about the food-addicted in Miami who really freaking care about whether or not Michael Schwartz is going to put Vermont cheddar on his burger or whether Tim Love is going to serve up a little “Dirty Love” burger? We may never know unless we actually go. Sure, it’s easy to post the menus the day after the event and that’s as much fun as watching, say, the winners being announced at the Academy Awards. But what if the list of Academy Award winners was slipped under your front door a few days in advance? That would be totally cool, right?

Well, guess what? Advance double-secret copies of menus from some of the South Beach Wine & Food Festival’s hottest events were just slipped under our door. And we’re totally going to share them with you. After the jump, find menus for Burger Bash, Dim Sum & Disco, Paula’s Down Home Cookin’ Sunday Gospel Brunch and Dolce Brunch, hosted by Gail Simmons and Michael White.

Now wanna know who’s going to win best picture?
