Tied with Washington entering the fourth quarter, the Miami Heat was on the brink of losing its fourth straight game for the first time since 2010.
Just then, Dwyane Wade swooped in and put his foot directly in that possibility’s ass.
Wade scored 13 of his 22 points in the fourth quarter, leading the way to a much-needed, three-game-losing-streak-halting 99-90 win over the Wizards.
The Heat actually trailed by one midway into the fourth before Wade took that silly little Wizard hat, flipped it upside down, and dropped his amazeballs into it. Wade scored five points and three assists during a 12-0 Heat run that decided the game.
That wasn’t even the most awesome thing he did in the fourth. That came when the best pound-for-pound shot-blocker in the history of the NBA let Drew Gooden know about it, because Drew Gooden musta forgotten.
Remember now, Drew? Respect the man’s house.
