Paellas R Us do just what they say, and they do it in a big way. Check out this monster seafood paella they hooked up with shrimp, scallops, mussels, and Spanish sausage for Calle Ocho. They were serving $5 plates that came with a heaping helping of the good stuff and a cut of bread to go with it, perfect for sopping up every last morsel. Our economy may be in a downturn, but every day I see proof of the optimism and entrepreneurial spirit that make this country great.
