Trio on the Bay’s executive chef Klime Kovaceski has resigned, according to an e-mail received by New Times.
In the message, Kovaceski states:
“Due to philosophical differences with new management regarding the direction that Trio on the Bay should take, I have resigned as Executive Chef of the property. I would like to thank all of those who supported Trio, and look forward to serving the great Miami public again at some point in the future.”
A call to the restaurant confirmed that Kovaceski has actually been gone “a few weeks.” A replacement has not yet been announced.
The 23,000-square-foot indoor/outdoor restaurant and ultra-lounge opened in April of this year.
