There are few things truer than truth other than a good joke. True, jokes are usually false truths or clever witticisms crafted to make people laugh, but there’s no falsehood in having a hearty chuckle. Some producers at truTV believe that simple mentality and thus have created a silly show called Impractical Jokers about a group of silly dudes. The comedy troupe that stars in the series goes by the name the Tenderloins, comprising comedians Brian “Q” Quinn, Sal Vulcano, James “Murr” Murray, and Joe Gatto. The four have been besties since high school, so you can expect their banter to be both tender and true.
The truTV Impractical Jokers Tour Featuring the Tenderloins is packing up in a little clown car and traveling the States to deliver guffaws. We’re joking about the car, but not the tour. These funnymen will take their comedy chops (and loins) to the Fillmore Miami Beach (1700 Washington Ave., Miami Beach) this Wednesday. Showtime is 8 p.m. Tickets cost $62.50.
