Until April 15, anyway, because that’s how long Douglas Rodriguez’s newly reconstituted SoBe restaurant is offering a special four-course dinner featuring dishes infused with the prized spirit of Guatamala. Try smoked marlin tacos, Florida lobster ceviche’ or cocktails such as the Botran Lemongrass Ling. Cost is $99 per person.
