New Year’s Eve is rapidly approaching, folks. And if the only plans you have so far is to meet at David’s house at 8 p.m. to pregame, you’re in trouble. You know David ain’t even gonna have cups, and everyone will be forced to drink champagne out of their hands like raccoons.
But, alas, you may be in luck. Because we’re giving you a chance to be among the first to get a peak at Miami’s newest nightclub, Icon Miami as it celebrates its very first New Year’s Eve.
Icon Miami is located in the same building that used to be Mansion. Helmed by Magic City nightlife vets Louis Puig and Emi Guerra, Icon hopes to be a new kind of concept.
“The building alone lends itself to being used in [a variety of ways]. Not only nightlife entertainment but also [for] different types of shows, whether it be concerts, performances, or theater. We’ve been referring to it as the next-generation nightlife complex,” Guerra told us in an interview this week.
Icon’s NYE party is invite-only, and you can request an invitation at iconmiami.com/nye. But you — you’re trying to sidestep that whole process and get in the door via free tickets. We respect that. So here’s how you can do it.
