Brian Posehn is an American comedian of hefty build. Thanks to his gray and red beard, he could easily be an Amish farmer for Halloween. But that’s not how people know him. He’s known for his appearances in popular movies that rub against the social grain: Dumb and Dumberer and Super High Me. In Seinfeld, Posehn played a medical patient in an episode where Kramer contracted gonorrhea. More recently, he was a cast member and writer on HBO’s Mr. Show and played Brian Spukowski on Comedy Central’s The Sarah Silverman Program. Some might call him a man of occasional success. We say he’s an icon.
