Magdalena Fernández’s video installation, 2iPM009, re-creates a kinetic rainstorm that engulfs unsuspecting spectators in a simulated torrential downpour. Perpetuum Jazzile, a Slovenian choir, provides 2iPM009‘s haunting aural component. To mimic the sound of rain, the choir’s artistic director had singers snap their fingers, clap their hands, and jump on floorboards.
