Grey Goose is partnering with the Fontainebleau Hotel to offer vodka ice pops as a refreshing poolside treat. Available in three flavors (berry lemonade, pineapple and orange), they won’t be shipped in from a manufacturing plant — they’ll be made in-house. Unfortunately, that’s causing a bit of a delay in the launch of the frozen cocktails-on-a-stick.

The Fontainebleau had originally planned to sell these alcoholic treats by mid-June, but some logistical issues, like getting enough molds and materials, not to mention having a lot of dedicated freezer space, has delayed their arrival at the resort.

The pops should arrive in the next week or so, but you can whip up a batch in your own home, just in time for your Fourth of July party. You can either buy an ice pop mold, sold at most stores, or go totally old-school and make the frozen treats in a paper cup. Ice cube trays make a great mold for mini poppers.
