Tonight, the first floor of The Webster boutique on Collins will transform into a surf shop. And along with debuting fashionable designs for the Surf The Webster kickoff event, the good people of the famed store will also be serving a fenom Modern Absinthe two piece cocktail. The drink combines six mint leaves, one half wheel of an orange, 1.75 oz fenom, .75 oz lime juice, .75 oz simple syrup, and 1-2 oz ginger ale. The drink is exclusive to swim week, but they are working to keep it around elsewhere throughout the summer.
Try it at home: Muddle the mint and orange. Next, add fenom, lime and simple syrup. Shake, strain and serve.
