What real estate bust? The penthouse atop the Setai has sold for a cool $21.5 million, and the company behind the sale, Zilbert Realty Group, claims it’s the most expensive condo ever sold in Miami-Dade both by total bottom line and price per square foot. The pad boasts a seriously Zenned-out, Asian-inspired interior; 5,803 square feet of space, and breathtaking views of the Atlantic. Take a tour for yourself below.

The sale is actually a slight discount from the original asking price of $27 million when the property was put on the market in April 2010, but the bottom line is still a record-breaker. The other penthouse at the Setai previously held the record when it sold for $15 million in 2010. Amazingly, there’s still a handful of condos on the market with asking prices much higher than that.
