Starbucks Secret Menu: Candy Cane, Willy Wonka, and Grasshopper Frappuccinos

Starbucks has a secret menu. If that fact alone doesn’t blow your mind, the items on it most certainly will. We’re talking Willy Wonka Frappuccinos, chai cookie lattes, and Pixy Stix refreshers. It’s the stuff that sugar addicts’ dreams are made of.

Though this isn’t an entirely new phenomenon (or one officially sanctioned by Starbucks), the chain’s flexibility when it comes to customization allows for endless drink options. And these options have culminated in starbuckssecretmenu.net, a site “created for Starbucks fans by Starbucks fans.”

We asked Starbucks about the “secret menu,” and here’s what a spokesperson told us:

When news happens, Miami New Times is there —
Your support strengthens our coverage.

We’re aiming to raise $30,000 by December 31, so we can continue covering what matters most to you. If Miami New Times matters to you, please take action and contribute today, so when news happens, our reporters can be there.

$30,000

While we don’t offer an official “secret menu,” we do offer a wide variety of beverages that customers can personalize. In addition to the beverage options included on our menu boards, there are more than 170,000 ways baristas can customize beverages at Starbucks, selecting from a variety of fresh dairy selections, combination of syrups, coffee/espresso options, and toppings. The high level of personalization available allows customers to enjoy a unique Starbucks experience and tailor their drink to match their own personal taste preferences.

The folks overseeing the “secret” site offer a vast treasure trove of recipes. There’s the s’mores Frappuccino, the Ferrero Rocher Frappuccino, the roasted chestnut macchiato, and many others.

The recipes have been created by fans and baristas alike, and anyone is free to send a new option for posting on the site. As they say: “Starbucks Secret Menu is a collection of beverage creations that have been skillfully concocted by Starbucks baristas and connoisseurs from all around the world.”

The key to the secret menu is this: You must know the recipe. You can’t walk into a Starbucks, order a Pink Starburst Frappucino, and expect the barista to whip it up. You don’t want an eggnog latte in your face. You have to provide the specific ingredients, which is easy enough according to the website:
