Add Shakira as the latest on the list of celebs looking to rid themselves of their Miami Beach mega-mansions. The singer has put her North Bay Road home on the market for $14.95 million. She bought the home 12 years ago for the considerably more affordable price of $3.38 million.
According to Forbes.com, since then she added on three bedrooms, four baths and 1,700 square feet. That brings the home to six bedrooms, eight-and-a-half bathrooms, 8,355 square feet total. The layout also includes a state-of-the-art kitchen, gym, nursery, separate guest quarters, and water and dock access.
