The martini has seen better days. Years ago, when men wore hats, afternoon martinis signaled glamour and success. Executives are again doing business against a backdrop of stirrers clinking against conical glasses. Those of us who aren’t power players can rest easy knowing our financial fate is being decided over salmon tartare and ’tinis. The $40 three-martini lunch includes a Mediterranean brasserie three-course meal and is served Monday through Friday 11:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.
