Cottonmouth king and Miami-born U.S. Senator Marco Rubio is a sucker for good hip-hop. And as such, he thinks Lil Wayne Lame is simply a vehicle of mindless entertainment with little substance.

TMZ caught up with the republican senator at Washington D.C.’s Reagan National Airport this morning and asked the GOP superstar what he thought about the New Orleans rapper’s recent declaration: “I ain’t 2Pac, I’m the new ‘Pac.”

“Lil Wayne’s Lil Wayne, man,” Senator Rubio tells the TMZ cameraman. “I think he’s also in a beef with the Heat, the Miami Heat?”
