Don’t panic — it’s organic! That would be the kickoff dinner for Conscious Bite Out, a group of local foodies dedicated to healthful, local, sustainable, and, yes, organic eating. This Thursday, chef Mark Zeitouni of the Standard Miami will cook up a Mediterranean-inspired menu that includes good and good-for-you dishes such as living lasagna vegetable terrine and roasted baby pears with honey ice cream and coconut-date bites. It will all take place at the Sacred Space in Wynwood.
