Think you know your spices? Starting on Monday, Red The Steakhouse will test the knowledge of its Twitter followers with daily questions about spices used in chef Peter Vauthy’s dishes. Those who answer correctly will be entered into a weekly drawing to win a free Miami Spice dinner for two.
To enter, follow Vauthy on Twitter @RedSteakhouse (this is a must to qualify). He will post a question every weekday morning with a #DailySpice hashtag. Reply with your answer by midnight each day and include #DailySpice in your tweet. Winners will be announced on Monday mornings starting August 9.
