$7,500

Frozen yogurt is something like the perfect food. It’s creamy, rich, and cold, yet lower in fat and better for you than most treats. Plus, you can actually make the darn thing into a meal by adding fresh fruit and granola. As long as you can stay away from the Heath Bar and Oreo crumbles, you’re on your way to guilt-free nirvana.

Which is why Pinkberry is going to be a welcome new neighbor to the Shops at Midtown Miami.

The store, which offers fro-yo made with real nonfat milk and nonfat yogurt with live and active cultures, officially opens Friday, September 27, but to celebrate, they’re having a friends and family day today, Thursday, September 26 — and Short Order readers are considered friends…or family (whichever title makes you all warm and fuzzy).

From 7 – 10 p.m. this evening, drop by and you’ll receive a free small yogurt with toppings of your choice (while supplies last).

That means you can choose from a variety of rotating flavors like grapefruit, gingerbread, pomegranate, or butter pecan. Or try their frozen Greek yogurt for a 15 gram protein boost and no added sugars, thickeners, or preservatives.

Pinkberry Midtown Miami will be open Sunday through Thursday 11 a.m. – 11 p.m. and Friday and Saturday 11 a.m. – 12 a.m.
