Pointing, flexing, and twirling: The American Ballet Theater’s performance of Swan Lake will feature all of the ballet dance moves that entrance culture lovers and make little girls aspire to wear a tutu. Swan Lake runs from March 8 to 11, but today we’re calling all future ballerinas to a special family matinee performance at the Carnival Center. The most celebrated dancing mouse, Angelina Ballerina, will make a guest appearance.
Following the performance, your little prima ballerina can take a photo and meet the adorable Angelina. This will be the American Ballet Theater’s first South Florida engagement in six years, and its only visit to the Magic City this season. With the purchase of one full-price adult ticket, a children’s ticket is free.
