It’s that time of the year again, and if you don’t know, we mean its Best of Miami season.

Every year, Miami New Times scours the city for the best people and places in entertainment, arts, food, shopping, music, nightlife, and more. But who are we to say “the best” on everything? Well, we like to think we’re somebodies, but you’re somebodies, too, and that’s why we give you the chance to participate in the Reader’s Choice.

This year’s Readers’ Choice is now live and ready for nominations, but you don’t have all year, so get to clicking.

The ballot boxes just opened, and they’ll remain open for nominations through Wednesday, April 30. Get your friends in on the act to support your picks, because once all the nods have been counted, the top five picks go on to the final round. Starting Monday, May 5, it’ll be a bloody vote battle to see who reigns supreme.

Head on over to the Reader’s Choice website and start voting for Best Art-House Cinema, Best Festival, Best Gay Bar, Best Museum, Best Twitter Feed – we’ve got pretty much everything. Tell us who you’re voting for with the hashtag #BestofMiami and spread the word. We can’t wait to find the hidden gems of our city through you glorious urban pioneers.
