Attention all culture snobs: Miami New Times is looking for a new assistant calendar editor. Here’s the official posting, but basically, you have to be able to write smartly about culture from Snooki to Sartre.
Miami New Times needs a creative, detail-oriented person to write and edit our Night & Day section. The job requires working closely with the calendar editor and freelancers, as well as daily blogging for Cultist. This full-time position requires familiarity with the area art scene, venues, and events; at least one year of journalism experience, and stellar writing ability. Applicants must live in Miami-Dade County. Full benefits included.
