An outrageous production within a production, Noises Off is a kooky farce about an inept theater troupe’s production of a sex lampoon titled Nothing On. As the cast dallies in workplace romances, and alcohol-fueled backstage arguments erupt into brawls involving sardines, they struggle to continue on with the show. Members of the audience will witness not only the disastrous acting taking place onstage but also the madness that ensues backstage. Today you can catch the Miami Stage Company presentation of Michael Frayn’s award-winning British comedy, which has received four Tony nominations on this side of the pond. Visit www.noises-off.com.
