Just got word that Our House West of Wynwood will be hosting a party during Winter Music Conference. The Allapattah gallery hasn’t been open for long, but it’s quickly becoming a favorite. It’s already hosted numerous parties, include a string of them during Art Basel that we’re easily some of my favorite during the week, so why wouldn’t they take WMC as an opportunity to have another one?
In fact, O.H.W.O.W. will be hosting a 12-hour marathon (from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m.) Saturday, March 28, featuring artists from Mad Decent, Turntable Lab and IHEARTCOMIX. The full line-up includes Diplo, Switch, Sega, Rusko (UK), South Rakkas Crew, Party Squad (Amsterdam), Mobroder (feat Spank Rock), Hardy Boys, Roctakon, DJ Eli Escobar, Blue Jemz, Unemployed Lloyd, sTerrYo, Drop The Lime, The Captain, Star Eyes, Franki Chan, Acid Girls, Toxic Avenger and Designer Drugs.
But the venue is still a gallery, so expect to see a photo show by Hamburger Eyes, as well.
And the best part is that the party is F-R-E-E! And like previous O.H.W.O.W. events, alcohol will be free as well. Talk about recession friendly!
