Marvin Dixon, who has appeared on HBO’s Def Comedy Jam, is a stand-up comedian with promising entrepreneurial ideas. “I’m gonna have a club for just wheelchair people. It’s gonna be called Club Ramp… You all laughing. I’m gonna blow it up.” This weekend, you’ll have a chance to see Marvin Dixon’s Classy Christmas Show at the Fort Lauderdale Improv. He’ll perform with Marcus Combs, who does a wicked impression of insanely incomprehensible Asian ladies greeting customers at manicure and pedicure shops. Then there’s fellow funny man Tight Mike, who performs a perfect Haitian accent and impression of Subway’s mumbling sandwich makers. The three form a seriously funny trifecta. Thursday’s show starts at 8 p.m., and Classy Christmas Show runs through Sunday.
