It seems like the cold snap got Fairmont Turnberry Isle pastry chef Chelsey Hawks into the Christmas spirit. She spent 150 hours building not a gingerbread house (like last year), but a whole village complete with an elf pub. Hic! We wonder how long it’ll be before someone tries to take a bite out of it.
