Hurricane Sandy isn’t expected to make landfall in Florida, but the storm will still be annoying as the outer bands hit the southeastern part of the state throughout the day.

Miami-Dade is under a tropical storm warning, meaning a lot of rain and wind are expected. The conditions are forecasted to last until Friday, so your Halloween weekend won’t be a bust.

Not everybody will remain unscathed. The Category 2 storm, with winds of 105 mph, is expected to make a direct hit on the Bahamas, which is under a hurricane warning.
