Normally Riptide doesn’t cover the local roof repair beat, but normally roof repair news does not include scenes right out of a horror movie. You see, a local contractor was hired to do repairs on an old roof and started hacking away at tile shingles. What they found underneath was hundreds and hundreds of bats.
Istueta roofing has uploaded a couple dozen roof repair videos to You Tube, but as you can imagine, none are exactly that popular.
This one was uploaded in July, and sat mostly unwatched until this weekend when he took off into viral infamy. So keep an eye out for the inevitable follow-up: Shit Miami Roof Bats Say.
